met an amazing artist at Black Rock City this year.
Michael Christian did a fantastic piece called 'Flock'. It stood sixty
feet high looking much like the skeletal structure of an alien lifeform, it's
feet spread out like veins lodged deeply into the playa. He and his team of workers
burnt the midnight oil out there and gave the city folk a lot to look at each
night. His site is highly informative and I look forward to getting to know more
about Michael. |
